These terms cover your use of milunu.com and the books you order. By placing an order you agree to them. Questions: help@milunu.com.

Who sells the book

Your purchase is processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem is the seller on your receipt and handles payment, sales tax and VAT, and refunds. Creem's own terms apply to the payment.

What you're buying

A digital, personalized picture book: an online reader with narration and a downloadable PDF, delivered as a private link, shown on the confirmation page and sent by email. The price is US$14.99 unless shown otherwise at checkout. There is no printed book.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within 2 hours. If something needs extra care, it will arrive within 24 hours; if we can't deliver, you get a full refund.

Your part

• You must be an adult. If you upload a photo, you must be the child's parent or guardian.
• Only enter names you have the right to use, and don't enter anything offensive, unlawful or about someone else without their permission, including in the dedication.
• Check the form before you pay. We make the book exactly from what you enter.

How the books are made

We wrote the stories. The illustrations are made with the help of AI from your choices, and an automated check reviews each page. The illustrations are a friendly storybook character inspired by your choices, not a portrait. Small differences between pages can happen. If something important is wrong, such as missing glasses or the wrong hair, tell us and we'll remake the book.

Using your book

The stories, artwork and narration belong to Milunu. You may read, print and share your book with family and friends for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't sell it or use it in other products.

The book link

Your book stays available at its private link. Anyone with the link can read it. We may limit the number of PDF downloads per order to prevent abuse.

Refunds

See our refund policy. It gives you a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Liability

We work hard to make every book right, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
